This is what gets blocked off by ZZP. And no my pretty painted valve cover does not fit as Omiotek told me a while back.

It will need a retune. 14% larger injectors than the LNF and .1 more compression. It's an LDK or A20NFT. ZZP will recalibrate it for now and then I will drive up there for a dyno tune soon.

Just had to make a slight bend on the ZZP lower charge pipe for proper fitment. Took 3 guys, a vice, and a 4 foot pipe. That's some strong piping...

Was the inlet off? Or just due to the motor sitting off now

It wouldn't line up with the throttle body. We had to close the bend a little.

Yeah gonna cap it off and weld in a new angled bung. I'm tired of dropping cash all over this car.

All done. It is super quiet. No injector noise and running really smooth although a bit fat. No codes. Just need to get the pcm to ZZP for a new tune and I should be set.

Get this. This is what I run on my dpand it has no clearance issues at all. It also eliminates the nasty rattle I'm sure you've notice now.

Is it running yet?

Something to note... GM 3 bar map sensor does NOT fit in the intake manifold. We had to swap the LNF manifold to make it work. The bolt hole is off. There was the lower charge pipe we had to bend, and then some modifications to the k&n mounting to make things line up correctly.

This is why we need a how to. What was wrong with the knn? Why not just run the 2.5 map?

It was at the wrong angle and wouldn't go on. Had to tweak the bracket a bit. I am tuned for 3 bar maps so that's what had to go back on. Other than that bolt hole the manifolds are identical.

Lol. Believe me I'll park this thing on the train tracks if anything happens to this one.

While the pcm is out this week I'm going to put my SSC springs on and fix the o2 issue. I think an exhaust would make a great final touch for now. I've been eyeing the ZZP and turbo xs gt. I want something more aggressive than stock but classy. Any others I should consider?

Mpx all the way. It sounds close to stock inside the car when just cruising, its classy. Then when you open her up she's not one to keep from being heard!
