you sure its not running down from up top? like by fuel pump area? that's known to leak by the cam end cap and the crank sensor....I think its the crank sensor anyway

I’ve been driving it after cleaning off old oil for three days and there has been no new oil, so I don’t think it is leaking.

When I originally posted I assumed you had a confirmed "small oil leak" and not just oil residue lol. Sometimes **** like that can happen just from changing the oil filter or spilling a bit when filling through the valve cover. Residue I don't even worry about unless it is wet enough to form droplets.
