No stage kits as this time. We are looking at it, but have made no decisions as yet.

Regards,

I don't see how this news is anything new...we all know there are not any stage kits right now and that they might be coming later...

Did you expect this "rep" to give you privilaged information just because you are interested? It sounds to me like she just responded quickly so you would stop asking her questions...

Maybe I'll e-mail a "rep" today and ask for pictures of the C7 Corvette...

the ONLY thing GM is concerned about right now is making and selling cars on existing platforms. all their product development is basically halted.. this is direct from GM... in their news release. so obviously there not gonna spend money making stage kits for a tiny little market

That and probably reliability. I'm sure they don't want to throw out a stage kit asap just have it cause problems and having everyone who bought one rushing into dealers and bitching.

boy if that were true I'd be fucked!!

My program would gave been issued a stop memo, and I would have not just got a funding
bump for d-pv tests and durability cycles.

Don't read into thouse press releases to much my friend, that's mostly invester relations at work.

People do not worry, the sun is on the horizon.

Why wait on GM....there are hundreds of aftermarket companies waiting for people to poke interest.

Like already stated...yeah its a GM product, but you paying hundreds more than what you should. For what? They'll claim you were racing and deny your warranty anyways.

Did you just read that first guys post and reword it or did you feel the need to say the exact same thing? (waits for typical css.net over-reaction)

Thanks for sharing. It never hurts to ask, even if we know what the probable answer is. At the very least, it's another positive customer input for the development / release of such a product.

Manufacturers these days are notorious for ghosting forums to gauge customer interest in future products. Everybody hating on the idea of an OEM upgrade, won't help.
