just finished installing coilovers and notice my driver endlink does not line up...I installed pass. side first and that one lined up but then when i when to install driver side coilover the endlink is too tall and wont line up to screw in. Do i need adjustable endlinks? or did i not install something right?

what car and what Endlinks? There’s 2 size Endlinks for these cars. For a TC the Moog part number is K750012. I’m not sure about LNF. iirc the coil over should have adjustment for the sway bar end link or comes with Endlinks.

Do you have the entire front of the car in the air?

2009 cobalt ss

I did one side at a time so i raised the passenger side first and that one did lined up. lowered car and then raised the other side. when i went to line up endlink it did not fit. I have removed it entirely for now but need to figure out.

This, be sure you're not loading one side of the car. As long as the endlinks are the same length and both sides of the suspension are loaded the same they WILL line up, regardless of how long they are.

The end links for the LNF should be 9 inches. When I got my powergrid end links from Powell I found out that somebody who did work for me in the past installed 11 inch moogs and they were touching the sway bar. Get powergrid links. They aren't cheap but they have a lifetime warranty and are fully adjustable

It's so much easier just to jack up the whole front end in the middle of the subframe and then put some jack stands under. I learned that the hard way by using the stock jack points and bending them

I have a question about the new Godspeed MonoRs coilovers I bought and installed. monors1770-a My car is an 06 Cobalt SS SC, We previously had Eibach sportline springs and Sachs touring shocks to lower the car but we wanted to go a little lower and thought that adjustable coilovers was the way to go. When our coilovers arrived and we put them on, sudddenly our car was back stock or higher height at its lowest setting. We had to remove the rear lower spring perch to allo it to sit a little bit lower, and this causes it to feel like there is no rebound if I hit a bump.

The company is looking to see if there is anything they can do but told me I am the first cobalt customer to complain about a height issue. Has anyone else on here used Godspeed Coilovers?
