Man off topic lol. Anyways I ended up going back to the Forge recirculating BPV. I'm still getting flutter and the BPV I bought brand new from modernperformance. I'm currently am tuned on trifecta 93 octane. I'll probably run an air compression test and see if there's leaks anywhere. I use to run on a Tial BOV for a while then the Forge atmospheric BPV and now back to where I started, the flutter just wont really go away since I've installed the ZZP intercooler kit.

Yeah that's very weird. Check all around the intercooler and connections. Also, make sure the MAP sensor on the lower pipe is plugged in all the way.

True I'm gonna do that today. I may have found the issue. I remember installing a 3 piece setup when I had the Tial BOV to reduce flutter. I just took it off and stretched the tube to fit it in the mani. I'll take pics and hope this may be the problem, if it is I'm gonna slap myself on the forehead

Well I found out why I was loosing boost. This mod I did when I had my tial BOV to reduce the flutter. I can't believe I had this thing on my BOV line for a year. I finally removed it this morning and now I'm at full boost. Brings that smile on my face and the reason why I fell in love with my Balt all over again lol. The only thing I still can't solve is the flutter :/

Well I manage to lubricate the Forge BPV and point the Forge downward towards the intake. So far almost all the flutter is gone. I still have it every so often but nothing like it was before. Did an air compression test, no leaks. I think this is the best I can do for now. At least now I'm fully boosted again and it feels great

My VTA flutters all the time with the yellow spring. Running it for over a year with no problems.

Iv not serviced my forge bpv in over half a year and I get no flutter unless I want flutter. Easy to make it flutter with the gas peddle if u want. But ya try lubing it. But from what I hear all those atmospheric ones flutter

True bro, I switched from the atmospheric to the recirculating BPV and it still flutters. I tried lubing the sucker then pointing it down toward the intake still get flutter. I'm honestly considering take aparting my intake and BPV and redoing it again. I mean I manage to reduce the flutter but it's still there. I'm almost thinking that those BOV's I had in the past put some strain on the turbo after a period of time :/

Do you mean like not opening? or something opens and closes over and over while in WOT and no boost builds?

I build boost just fine. Just whenever I let off the gas it flutters.

could also be ur vacuume tank is cracked or the check valve is not working right. I had issues with that so I took it out totally. no more vacuum issues after that. just gotta make sure u set up the hoses right after, and one of them still needs a check valve so that line of the bpv solenoid only sees vacuum and no boost. worked great.

Hm, try hooking something up directly to the bpv or whatever it is and it should open with little flutter. My brother had to do that.
