Short ram intakes always require tuning cold air sometimes not. That lower cold pipe is a mess and I would start there personally because if nothing else it has to be checked even if it's not the root cause. If you had go tuners to could do some logs and find out what is reading correctly and what is changing after 15 minutes.

Thank you for the link! I will have to save up for that, for the mean time me and the guy at work sanded the spot down and put fast plastic repair and it held and weird thing is I thought the stock ss turbo ran like 17 psi? I hit 30 psi... I’m hoping the previous guy that had it didn’t **** with the stock turbo and just upgraded it But thank all you guys for the support and input, means a lot!

id have said hole in plastic end tanks but I thought you said it was an aftermarket intercooler in original post. Ya that ic is definitly your issue. Your loosing boost cause of the crack. Somehow turning off and back on is resetting the code or something. Its not your ecu.

Yea it’s all fixed for now and that nice fellow sent me a link for a zzp intercooler, 400 bucks though so might be a little bit before I get it but I’m happy it’s holding boost for now

What Tom said- I would stay out of boost, especially over about 10psi. If it cracks again you may lose a chunk and then will be hosed.

And also get that lower charge pipe fixed the right way. May be able to find a cheap stock pipe for sale. The after market ones run about $200.

If you aren't boosting 30psi the factory hot and cold side pipes aren't that bad. The intercooler is actually very efficient the only trouble is the end tanks can crack.
