Water in lower o2 sensor

I have an '09 SS with 107k miles a handful of boltons and specific to this issue a catted ZZP downpipe running on a Trifecta tune @ 22psi. I started throwing a few CELs not long ago and found the upper o2 sensor was bad, so I replaced that and reset my CEls.

Since getting the ZZP pipe I've thrown the lower o2 code from time-to-time and just reset it. It was maybe once every 6 months. Now it keeps coming back with P0036 and P0037. So I bought a new lower o2 sensor.

I went to install it today and when I removed the old one I had water dripping out of the bung and the sensor was coated in water. It didnt' smell like coolant, but just water. I've also been noticing what seems like excessive water vapor during cold start, a little more than normal. My coolant itself isn't diminishing and is still a nice bright red, so I'm not suspecting a headgasket. Is it possible it's just condensation that is building up in the bung? I was wondering if anyone else had any other thoughts?
