how does it look? mainly rims i was thinkin of doing something like this. im having the stripes redone on thurs and yes theyll be done right and all the way down....

carry the stripes all the way down the bumper, all black rims with the red pinstripe and carry the stripes onto the decklid And spoiler not just the decklid and then down the rear bumper. just my 2 cents otherwise looks good.

you should get the whiole rim blacked out then down the spokes get that red. kind like the hotswaps and stuff like that.

 

Hmm. Paint the whole rim black IMO dont like that silver mixed in with your setup. other than that everything looks fine.

dude what ever you do dont paint the full rim black that is way over played...**** almost every car you look at on this site has black rims and it looks horrible you have a nice car so do something unique with it make it different than everyone else...

 

thats what i am trying to do. i think i might do white pinstripes on the sides of the racing stripes. i would like more ideas though

my bad i just took a look at the pic and didnt read it lol....... anyways ricer.........hahaha it never seems to amaze how that comment comes up to everything different.....i guess those who have the high rise wing, aftermarket exhausts, blow off valves, stripes,carbon fiber, rims and everything else that isnt "stock" is ricer. anyways man do what you like and its going to look much better with the stripes all the way down.....but personally yeah all black rims with the red pinstripe for me.

 

Bring the strips all the way down and I think it will look good. Maybe go wingless too?

 

I say put some white pinstripping on either side of the racing stripes and it would look waaay better. If you're gonna paint your rims, go all the way.

 

ya thats what i was thinking. the white pinstripes on the outside will bring it out a lot and separate it from other stripe jobs

 

i liked it way better with no stripes, and go all black on the wheels or nothing

and at best leave the stripes just red no white pin stripe

 

it was just a thought.... but idk youll see them i just wanna be different

 

use the money it would cost to do all that and spend it on the engine.

The style is discontiguous. Less is more, better. Maybe a dark argent paint on the wheels (like the GM concept posted months ago...) Also, stripes aren't very flattering on our cars.
