You can go up to 30psi just fine, if your tuner knows what he's doing. Your's, imo, doesn't.

The more boost/power/torque you run though, the shorter the life of the components under your hood. Just keep that in mind.

You can but I wouldn't on stock parts. I would stick to 22-23psi for all stock parts. Just my .02

There's a handful of people that have been doing it for a while, successfully.

Of course, they're all tuned by the same person...

And of course, it is quite the risk... that's why I added that end bit to my last post. I'm just saying you CAN run 30... ...not that you should.

If you're going with Trifecta, go with their standard tune. I have heard too many horror stories with the infiniboost.

Just so you know, "Infiniboost" no longer exist. Vince doesn't use that technique anymore. It's just a tune with different boost levels now.

Just go with 18/22 psi switchable. It's as safe as you're gonna get.

Thats what I run. Pulls a decent amount harder than stock without the tune on then pulls pretty damn hard compared to stock with the 22psi tune on.

I just had BYT tweak my tune yesterday and I'm maxing out at 25psi (LOVE IT! Thanks Nick. ) Granted I have upgraded IC pipes and IC to support that among other things. Stock, I agree that 22-23 should be the max you run to play it safe.

Later
