Is your sunroof like this?

I just wondered.I can push the back side down with my finger and it just goes up again. It seems to me the rubber piece is not rigid enough. It starts out flush at the front and bulges out at the rear and part of the right side.I know it's a new car,so i am just trying to get anything fixed that's warrantable right away and not wait.Do you think i have a valid point,or is that just how these sunroofs are?I just don't recall seing this the day i got it.??

A couple pics,don't mind the dirty car,lol,washin it today>

yea man mine is like that too. I've had it for 2 months and no problems but it does stick up like that in back. Kinda like it contoured too much or something. I wouldn't worry about it

Mine's flush, but pops-up for a second from air pressure, when the doors are closed. I'd keep an eye out for water intrusion. The seal on yours clearly isn't squished the way it was designed to.

I took mine in and they re did it. I had loud wind noise on the highway because it wasn't sealing properly. Take it in if you have noise at over 100km/h

Mine isn't as bad as that one, but I have noticed that they all do this to some degree. On both of the 08 models I test drove, the moonroof had this issue.

I still ordered mine with a moonroof though...

Mine on my 2006 SS/NA, is perfect. It's straight across. The 2008 Cobalt SS/TC at the dealership = same problem you have. It sticks out a little bit. The 2009 Cobalt SS/TC Sedan = same as mine, flush.

Mine sticks up worse than that even. At 70 mph I get a lot of wind noise. I dont know what the deal is with these sunroofs. They are adjustable, but mine is already down all the way. I wish I could post up a picture, but I'm at work right now.

You can adjust it using the two screws on each side of the sunroof. There are 2 notches on the passenger and driver side. Loosen the screws and it can be adjusted up or down

No ****, I was hoping there was an adjustment. Things like that are just silly problems that GM should be catching!

My shifter, from the factory, was out of alignment. I had to adjust the shifter cables myself in order to get the left and right motion of the shifter within spec. I didn't understand why my reverse lockout didn't work until I took the plunge and ripped apart the console...

There are three torx bit screws on either side of the sunroof, but that did not help me mine was all the way down from the factory and it still sticks up a lot in the back. I think the glass or the frame is warped on mine hopefully the dealer will fix properly.

Same thing here. Dropped it by adjusting the screws and still sticks up! I hate my sunroof, but I was in too big of a hurry to wait and order the car the way i wanted!

Same here I was too impatient so I took the first one that my dealer got.
