08 SS trans problems...?
 

ok so heres the deal..i dont kno what the hell is wrong with my tranny/shiftlinkage.

when i go to NLS into 2nd it doesnt go into gear at all and 1 feels like its in 3rd location and i cant get into 5th unless i use the reverse lockout and find 5th somewhere in the glove box im gonna take some pics tomorrow but i was wondering if anyone might kno the problem... oh yea and it poped outta 3rd today while driving....:thumbsdow

Shift linkage for sure. Pop the shift boot off and take a look/pic. Should just have to readjust it. Might take a couple times of readjusting if you don't know what you are doing.

and the answer is tranny is warrentied and gonna be replaced on monday woohoo and i get a rental car lol:cssNET:

So, what did they determine the problem to be?

they said that the tranny was fucked and needed to be replaced so im happy as hell i get my rental car tomorrow and its gonna get a beating like a red headed step child lmao
