Do you throw any codes from the hesitation? What mods are on the car? How many Kms? Have you had your intake valves blasted?

This may sound weird but add:

A couple things I would double check:

Purge Valve Selenoid
Intake and Exhaust Camshaft actuators

I had a bad hesitation in upper RPMs like I was hitting a gust of wind. My actuators were very dirty and fixed my issue when replaced.

Not saying that's your issue, but I seem to remember the actuators randomly setting T/C or ABS light for a few people.

Really need codes to determine a good path to fixing.

No codes, just a cold air intake. Both rear wheel bearings just replaced, fronts were done a couple of yrs. ago.
Brought to 4 different garage's incl. dealer, no one seems to know what's wrong with it.
Had the valve's scoped and look dirty. Brand new pads and rotors 2 yrs. ago, brand new rear calipers 1 yr ago.

Change out your purge solenoid, that got rid of my hesitation issues
I have another issue and need to replace the solenoid on the turbo
