Any pointers

2008 Cobalt SS
Mods: ZZP CAI, ZZP 3inch downpipe, GMS1 Sensors, 93Pump gas
Car throws 0 codes

So i bought a ZZP canned tune for my 08 SS , the tune worked perfectly fine for about 3-4 days boost perfectly to 24/25 pounds.

Then today i decided to go get some food and of course after fully warmed up i gave it a good little pull on the way to get food. So i came outside started the balt, Car pulls perfect in 1st gear 0 issues, but when i go to give it more juice in 2nd and up it will only boost to about 10 pounds then the car falls on its face and starts to sputter and backfire a TON for about 1-2 seconds then drive normal(Until you try to give it some juice). So i started doing soem troubleshooting starting with the easiest, Checked charge pipes for boost leaks , Took the entire air intake apart checked every, No leaks, Went and drove it and it was still boosting weird, But while on this drive i noticed that when the car does the crackling and popping noise i noticed my WOT box was blinking(Like it does when you activate the WOT box, So i thought i figured it out lol, I rewired the entire WOT box and even completely disabled the WOT box, So i went and drove it and still was doing it, But i noticed that the WOT box was still blinking.(WTF??) Then i stared to get frustrated and put back in the stock PCM and took it for a drive, while driving the car this time i noticed that when i took the car into boost around 1-2 PSI and left off, i would hear weird noises not like the usual whistle but more like a rattling noise, so at this point im thinking **** its probably my turbo, Got home took off my intake and felt the tubro for shaft play, The stock turbo has 78k on it just like my car and it did have a LITTLE bit of shaft play, im not sure how much is too much but it was barely any i have a picture of the turbo below, Could it be my boost solonoid? Any suggentions would help greatly if anyone has anything they want me to try please let me know!!!!

Is my next step to completely rewire the car like it doesnt have the WOT box on it ? The WOT box has worked perfect for about a week ago when i put on.

Also when i unplug the WOT box from inside the car the car will only crank over and wont start, Normal?It really does make me think it has something to do with the WOT box but ive regone over my connections and it still isnt working, It worked perfect for the 6 days the WOT box has been installed.

*Another update*
So even if i completely disable the N2MB WOT box on the program it the light will still flicker and the car will sputter and pop when i got to hit some boost around 4-5k, So im pretty sure something is messed up with the WOT box and ill be completely removing tommorow to see if this solves my problem, i only wanted it to be a ricer at carmeets anyway haha no biggie. Ill keep this post updated incase anyone in the future runs into this problem.

*Another update*

So today i got the CEL to pop up and immediatly limped the car to somewhere i could get the codes pulled and P2261 was waiting for me, About a mile from my house after getting the codes pulled i noticed i was misfiring HEAVY this time and it was constant, (Probably down a cylinder)
Yesterday before any of this happened and it just kept kicking in and out of low power and normal power i ordered 4 oem coil packs out of a guess, also got 4 brand new spark plugs to throw in the car aswell, If anyone has any pointers it would be extremely helpful!!!!!

This was happening before the car went limp mode on me!
This is from another forum post, His conclusion it was something to do with the MAP sensors, as stated before im getting P2261
Car has 78k on stock spark plugs im going to go change them out right now (Gap to 30-32) and see if there is any difference also have coils coming in tommorow, i just want my balt to run again ;(

If you have access to HP tuners, your best bet is to data log and send it to ZZP. Their tunes are base files only.

I was running on the tune for 2-3 days perfectly fine, i dont have access to HP Tuners ATM

So i swapped the tuned ZZP PCM and my GMS1 Sensors out for the stock tune and non GMS1 Sensors started it up and its completely missing now, rev'd it up to like 2-3k and heard a flutter noise, Im beginning to beileve my bypass is completely stuck open or closed, if anyone has anything to chime in it would be great...

Different vehicle but same flutter sound as video you posted above under load. Turned out to be 1 bad spark plug. This was on my 05 trailblazer 4.2L.

When you open the VCM scanner with HP Tuners, here's some of the information it can show you. It really is a helpful tool when trying to troubleshoot something like this

Bought 4 OEM Coils from ZZP , threw them in and it solved everything . Shes back to full power and i couldnt be happier.
