Angry Car moves slow at high rpm

So I had the rough idle issue and car going into limp mode every five seconds. I took the TB off completely and cleaned it really well, rough idle gone and doesn't go into eng per reduced and the esc doesn't shut off but now when I press the throttle cable it's barely moves. It's like the car is at 4k and I'm going 20mph.

Anyone have any ideas about this one?

Slipping clutch if your rpm moves up fast and mph doesn't follow.

Sounds like cams have parked and ecm is still in engine power reduced mode but it's only a guess without actually seeing what's going on with the car first hand and/or plugging into it. Throttle body actuator could have even possibly crapped out on you, but again it's just a guess at this point.

did you move the butterfly of the throttle body while you were cleaning it? drive by wire throttle bodies are touchy and if you moved the butterfly back and forth you will have to go to gm and have a throttle relearn
