Compression test results not looking so good.

I've been noticing my Cobalt has been feeling the same lately, power-wise, and it's been filling the catch can more quickly. A few days ago, after a spirited drive, I smelled and saw oil sprayed out from the valve cover. I think from the gasket around the valve solenoids. So today I did a warm dry/wet compression test.

My engine has just shy of 140k miles. I've been Trifecta tuned to 23psi at around 35k miles with Hahn intercooler, charge pipes, exhaust and ZZP downpipes. I've done numerous (~30+) track days on this engine as well. So it hasn't had an easy life. I'm not entirely sure how to read the results above. Cylinders 1 and 2 saw hardly any improvement wet. Cylinder 1 was really low to start with and the rest are between 130 and 140, which also seems low. I initially thought maybe the valves but when wet both 1 and 2 did increase. So is it the rings? Should I be preparing for a rebuild? I also think 3 jumped really high on the wet because I spilled a bit too much oil in the cylinder.
