Well heres my list

of upgrades i have planed for this spring.
Cold air intake
DP
tune

Still not 100% of the brand yet but i think the dp will be the cheepest one i can get(catless). Intake on the self with the HANN or Injen and tune more than likely have BYT do it up for me on a spare computer and if i have any $$$ after taxes, ill look into better ic piping. but with those 3 thing looking to hit 300hp or pritty close to it and i have an 09 sedan ss tc with lsd(ftw)

Advice: CAI and DP, try to get the best brand. Then, after getting the best, with Nick's tune you will be really glad you didn't look at the dollar on the parts.
If I can give you a suggestion, get everything the same brand: Hahn catless DP, catback and CAI, eventually also the Hahn FMIC and CP, with a tune by Nick, your car will rock, you will be happy every second you drive it.

A little tip... a CAI is a PITA to get to... If you are **** like me and clean filters after every other oil change then it's gonna get old real quick. SRI is about as good. And DP... Catless is the only way to go, get one with an angled 02 bung and tune after the intake. The DP will need p0420 catalyst code turned off. Talk to a good tuner they can hook you up. Term2, and BYT come to mind if you are going HP, Trifecta is another excellent option... Have fun getting the stock DP off.

lol i thought the stock dp would be the easiest to do lol . but yeah i want the hann intake(set in stone).

maybe on the hann DP or a may be on the zzp dp without cat more than likely but for 50 more i can be leagle and have a cat(dont know yet but 90% sure i dont want a cat)

And im 100% sure on the BYT tunes cuz they are a state(4hr drive lol) away and wont be too hard to drive to them

then maybe if i get a bouns( not for like 6months will i look at a IC and pipes.(unless i find for cheep)

but with a CAI, DP and tune be right at or very clost to 300hp?????

Short ram = Better throttle response
Cold Air (long) = More top end power

Both have benifits. Hahn and K&N are the only good 2.

Short ram...K&N intakes are alot better quality and fit like a glove...plus they have the heat shield and there prob cheaper too and they don't skew your fuel trims nearly as bad as others do....I have the k&n and love it bro

**** sorry price went up a little my bad Haha and from what I've heard the k&n is the safest to run without a tune but a tune will maximize performance and stuff...but I love the heatshield the k&n has compared to everyone else and K&N filters are **** too

Ah lol well its ultimately up too u but ide go K&N over Hahn just my opinion....and u should be fine people do it all the time with no tune but as everything else people have mixed opinions on whether a tune is "completely necessary"

I would not suggest spending a lot of money on a down pipe they all flow the same just make sure it has the agled bung my megan is great. I have heard that the bad mab is very similar in price and build to the megan.
I also have the hahn intake love it no problems at all

dsrn i judt looked amd it says 12 for k&n man this is hard. maybe just hann now cuz its cheeper lol but still will get me were i wanna be(money wise)
