Feeler. Dual exhaust. vidz?
all i know about MY dual, is when its really cold (rarely in CA), i see smoke come out on both sides equally. even if it was 80 / 20, your still flowing better and the second side is still flowing 20

I fully intend on getting the HAHN DP and full 3in cat-back, so if this dual exhaust thing doesn't work out, I love the way the HAHN exhaust sounds anyway so I win either way lol.
see i always said id go cattted on the DP but now im considering catless. from what I heard catless sounds like ass with all the pops and ****. and it cant really free up that much more HP over highflow.
lol. there is no real popping with a turbo on catless.
Highflow cats will clog with a tune. ive seen it happen.
more than 3 times ive seen it happen..u cant even smell catless on the SS/TC

As an example, I used to own a '91 GMC Syclone - 4.3 V6 Turbo.
All the aftermarket tuners(Back then) went in the same direction. Bigger downpipe, no cat, and one large exhaust pipe w/ or w/o a straight-thru turbo muffler. IIRC, Kenne Bell went as far as comparing Two 2.25" pipes vs. One 3" pipe on the Syclone. The 3" flowed significantly better.
(Turbos do a great job of 'muffling' exhaust noise, so even a straight pipe from the turbo (NO Cat/No Muffler) won't be all that loud.)
My motor was built up decent - 650hp @ 20psi. Ran the 1/4 in 10.8 @ 125mph. One 3" downpipe/exhaust pipe with a 3"inlet/outlet Magnaflow 'Ultraflow' muffler(4" inside straight thru). It had a nice, deep, mellow tone at idle/cruise, but screamed pretty good at WOT(especially when the external wastegate opened up
but ur missing so many factors man
v6 compared to 4 cyl. DI vs syclone.
small turbo.
there is a video of straight pipes with no cat. it sounds raspy as hell. this isnt a 2.4 ltr here. its a 2.0.

its not how many turbos it has. Any "V" engine with exhaust manifolds on both sides benifits from dual exhaust. each side has its own pipe all the way back. any inline engine with 1 header out the back only needs 1 pipe. duals ARE pointless, just added weight, but they do break up the airflow a bit leading to a deeper tone. You choose what you want. lower Tone + a little more weight, or louder and stock weight. Thats really all this is, a sound mod. Like the BOV and such.
I personally would love duals just to stand out from every base model rolling around. The little extra weight wouldnt bother me too much, i already have a sub in the back and im still faster than 95% of the cobalts i roll with since im turbo'd. And when i get my tune, ill be faster than all of them, and my **** will sound the best with dualies. so they can suck it.

Regardless, both engines push all of their exhaust through one turbo exhaust housing, then to the downpipe/exhaust.
All I'm saying (or was trying to say in my above post) is a large single pipe will give this engine all the exhuast flow it needs.
With a Single Turbo on my V6 Syclone (or Grand National, Turbo Trans Am etc..), ALL of the exhaust is plumbed through the ONE turbo.
From a pure performance standpoint, Dual exhaust pipes on a single turbo engine would just be added weight when you can use one large pipe.
