Dont hate lol. I dont have an LSJ trans just yet.

We both have been meaning to but I've had leaks and his workload is really crazy right now.

But when we both do it'll give 2 different looks one pretty much stock vs one fully bolted w meth at altitude

Exactly- sounds like a great deal, but it sure looks like there is a lot of material machined away. I am happy with my setup, even if it doesn't have quite as big a wheel on it. Might even try e47 on it before the end of summer to try and get the top hp for a k04 car. Thinking 09CobaltSS1 can get me there ( if the trans will).

Ya the pics of how much was machined away from the inlet looks scary and compared to how much is left on the stock one it is a huge difference but once you actually see it in person you can tell there is enough aluminum there for sure no problem it just looks super thin in the picture

Some more info:

Stock - 43.3 x 56
K04FTW - 50 x 65.9

And Matt says should pick up 30-60hp over stock turbo
He also offers a warranty but I don't know exactly what it is I think it is 6 months

Max boost 27-28psi
Matt runs 25psi I run 28psi with meth

That's some info i found from old txts

I emailed them already. This thing sounds legit. For 600 shipped I'll gladly take a risk

Matt is such a great guy no risk guys, he has given me the best service ever. Went way beyond what he had to do for me. I am just doing this because I'm just a really happy customer (his words today) Like I said I still talk to him months after buying and sending my core back.

In my opinion it's the best upgrade for the money only wish I knew about it sooner!!

It would make sense to buy a brand new turbo from mongo and have it sent straight to them for modification.

Haha ya this thread was started last night and he already had an email this morning. I told him how many views it had and he couldn't believe it. I'm really happy that he's gonna get some more TurboBay bigwheels out there they are fun!

Ya then no core charge and Matt may want to buy yours for another to have to rebuild. The way this is turning out it wouldn't hurt for him to have a couple more lying around
