Ya I really interested in the pricing on this because I think his bigwheel price is awesome. He wants to be able to sell just the adapter or maybe the full kit too wants the customer to have options

I need to interrupt this conversation to point a glaring error

If you ever have to say "horsepower" and "too much" in the same sentance, you need to turn in your keys, because you've stopped having fun...

I read when the last GT-500 was getting it's final run through, and approval from Carrol Shelby, that Carrol turned to his guys and asked the following question;

Honestly if I had my car rn I'd order the turbo yesterday. And youd guys have dyno numbers the next day. Even for the price it's as cheap as a brand new oem replacement xD so why not try it! Who knows.

You're not close to your car at the moment? Ya it's still pretty cheap but some people like dyno results and I totally understand that. If I lived in the states I'd have my intercooler by this weekend but shipping across the border takes forever!!

The BNR is a bigger turbo but also requires more parts the FTWK04 is more like the K04+ but the FTWK04 is slightly bigger

Talk about zero traction on that car especially with those pizza cutter touring tires. That Things needs 14" wide wheels and 345s.

Ya for sure with the boost loss up top on the stock K04 I would short shift and there is no fun in that!

LOL IIRC the shelby mustangs of that generation weigh around 3900-4000 lbs so they would weigh about 4300 with awd. They do well rwd if setup correctly and with proper tires. Not sure I have ever seen an awd mustang.

Ya I think so you need a V8 in those cars I would never buy one with just a V6.I don't know if its true but heard the mustang is gonna have the ecoboost soon. That would be cool but still not a V8

yeah the 2015 mustang ecoboost is gonna be ,iirc,a 2.3l turbo. Its going to be more powerful than the 305hp v6 so it should be interesting. They still haven't released any numbers on that engine though

Didn't they try a 2.3 turbo in the fox body? wasn't it a fail too?

It made more power then the v8 at the time lol.

To own one of those cars and not get a v8 is just a waste of money.

4 banger would be interesting if the car was significantly lighter and set up more for handling and super low end torque. But it won't likely be much if any lighter.
