Hahn CAI Flaw Solved!
I believe I solved the PCV hose problem on the Hahn CAI. I simply bought some 3/4'' heater hose from a parts store and same size gear clamps. I left the tube that Hahn supplies on the intake and slid the hose over it and the bolt. Its been on for 3 weeks and it hasn't moved. Cost me about $3.00CAD. Check it out. Any questions, just ask.

"BUt how was it a flaw to begin with??"
There is nothing for the stock PCV hose to grab onto like the stock nipple. The Hahn nipple is smooth. Mine came off after a couple of days. Now its not going anywhere.

I fixed mine by lengthening the nipple with a piece of 3/8" steel fuel line (autozone) and some compression fittings...I tried writing to Hahn but they are insisting that the problem is my fault (regardless of the fact that there have been numerous complaints about the nipple)...

My Dejon had the same issue. I removed the whole stainless line and replaced it with 3/8" heater hose and two hose clamps. Problem solved.

mine doesnt pop off and it seals nicely. But i did use a different mount rather then that stupid rubber one. u made a steel spacer instead of the rubber. i had issues of it rubbing where it passes through the hole into bumper

I dont know why, but I havent had any problem with my Dejon. I just made sure I forced it onto the intake nice and tight, as far as it would go, and I havent had a problem.
