Did you happen to do a test run on the meth setup to check for uniformity in GPH on all 4 injectors? I'm wondering if you might need to play with jetting to get it consistent?

I guess one could spray into 4 cups to compare volumes to get an idea of uniformity.

I'd think you would want to spray as setup here with them all going simultaneously so you can account for more factors than just test spraying each nozzle individually.

Thats what I was referring to, I had seen a test before somewhere, cant think of where, they were way off, and I think it was a 4 nozzle setup. But I love the way yours is set up, that is a thing of beauty.

Just to clarify I'm sure you are referring to Tom's and not mine. My injection setup is pretty crude lol. Tom's is amazing though. Looks great.

Here is a little video of my little iat2 mod test to get ecu to pull timing when meth failsafe trips.

so I tested out my catch can system I made for crank case pressure. so far so good. idle and highway speeds, into low boost, 0 psi crank case pressure, so neutral, which is perfect. at mid to high boost, 1 psi pressure, which from what I read for boost engines is normal. but I think I can do better and get it to 0 or into vacuum at boost, ill try a few things with the turbo side can, bigger fitting and such, see what I can come up with. But as it is, its ALOT better then it was on the oil separator system.

Also 1 step colder plugs.....so far work great, even cleared up my stubbly idle it seems. will test more to make sure.

Little update on the direct port meth setup. So much more consistant than tb spacer.
Setup was 30 psi on 94 octane pushing about 42 lbs /min I had it set at 16 degrees timing and I would usually get random knock inconsistently up top at as low as 13 degrees. Sometimes non. With new setup in seeing 30.8 psi , 43 to 44 lbs / min and I'm already up at 19.5 degrees of timing with 0 knock yet. I'm gonna push it up as much as I can too see how much it can take. 200cc per cylinder for 800 to 850 cc total of meth.

[QUOTE=tomj77;7708962]Here it is on the car, intake mani is a little busy lol. line goes to the bracket with the solenoid, then down to flow meter, then filter and main line.

I really like that setup and it gives me an idea of how to run meth on my project. Keep up the good work.

Just dont run a filter like shown in the pic on high pressure side lmao. I removed it. My tank fitting has a filter apparently.

Thanks for that heads up about the filter. I am interested in the part where you are direct port with your nozzles. I will have to see how this would work on my intake manifold because it is already tapped to run NOS. I am thinking I need to re-tap to allow for larger holes to fit the meth nozzles but your setup could be the perfect road map as it removes the "where to put the nozzles" question. I will check into my need for a filter.

This is what my manifold side catch can caught after a weeks worth of driving. Its 99 percent condensation with a little oil in it. Flows like water. Definitely doing its job. No draining that crap back to pan. The turbo side can is just slightly shinny from oil stain. So its doing its job too. But not much there to catch

Are you using Radium's AOS or catch can?

I see, I'm considering making my own but using Radium's AOS because it has a heated plate (coolant circulates through) to help prevent condensation from accumulating.
