Does anybody know when the cold air intake is going to be Carb legal if not anybody know a airbox mod?

I have the airbox mod sitting in the garage still haha

and the ONLY intake thats carb legal is the AEM intake

AEM has a carb# but only for 2008, not 2009 or 2010. The ZZP intake tube with k&N drop in, should be ok i doubt a smog guy or chp could tell, it looks stock.
