My tuner said that tuning the LNF K04 with a peak boost of 25psi will reduce the turbo life span dramatically.
Is it possible to make low cost upgrade to the stock turbo to make it stronger ? don't want to spend a fortune on a bigger turbo, just some money to give a longer life span.. better bearings, don't know..

 

Stay 24psi and under on stock turbo cause ur past its efficiency anyway at that point and producing a lot of hot air, u won't gain much performance past 24 due to this. I doubt it will reduce its life as drematically as ur tuner implies, but still keep it a little lower. U can do a big wheel upgrade on it, that would help. Get k04r I believe it is.

 

Less boost will make it last longer.
