Hello guys, got a cobalt ss with the ldk engine. Swapped turbos to 5858 pte and car doesn't built pass 5 psi. You go wot and car pushes 5 psi then falls flat on its face to 0 psi!

we've changed wastegates, bovs, done boost leak tests and can't find something bad!

any help?

Doubt check your solenoid connections to the bov and wastegate

run manifold pressure line straight to wastegate and see what happens be careful and watch the boost gauge too.. if you get full boost then its probably in limp mode or a bad boost solinoid

a local to me had the same issue and it ended up being a failed 3 bar map sensor. may be something to look into. hoe it helps.
