LNF stock psi?

I swear i have seen this asked before but I used the search and searched under titles and nothing came up.

What does the LNF boost? stock of course.

sherm420 07-05-2008 02:22 PM

i usually hit anywhere between 16-20

sporttintturbo 07-05-2008 02:24 PM

yup same here

jwolf8604 07-06-2008 01:17 AM

thats a shitload of stock boost.

crypticscifer 07-06-2008 01:29 AM

Really you guys hit 16-20, I've only seen 16 at max! Could some thing be wrong or could it be my area?

**slams head on desk**

the lnf doesn't work at one set psi. the goal of the engine is to hit 260 torque. so it limits or raises the boost to hit that #, depending on the conditions.

90TGP 07-06-2008 01:44 AM

It's 18psi on the Solstice/Sky

Thanks for the info, but if you slammed your head on the desk because what I said was stupid, really think which one was more stupid.

Its not a set psi, it varies based on air temps/elevation and whatnot. The key is to hit 260 ft/lbs of torque, if might need 15 for one guy but 20 for someone living in the rockies.

Rodimus_Prime 07-06-2008 11:14 AM

its alot of psi because its a tiny turbo

sporttintturbo 07-06-2008 04:05 PM

hey buddy it get the job done. its not the size of the boat its the motion of the ocean lol

Rodimus_Prime 07-06-2008 07:05 PM

not when it comes to turbos it isn't

Sikkwidit 07-11-2008 12:13 PM

16 psi tops it out for me.

When I power shift it shoots up to 20psi. <- really doesn't do anything.
