Loss of power/Boost!!
 

Hey guys I recently thought I had a boost leak, I was boosting 7 pounds for a while until last night that I received my intercooler kit. I put it on and was boosting around 16-17, sounding and running great. Then it started losing power and dropped back to 7 pounds and no boost leak. I'm thinking it's something with vacuum or maybe my cats since they were removed. What you guys think? I'm a noob and need help
