No I am at work at the moment, its difficult for me to work on it on the weekdays.
I am going to try the sensors tonight first and if I have time I will pull the cover and see if a rocker is broken.
Also will a sensor/trim issue cause knock Retard on all cylinders.

Valve cover, turbo, timing chain cover, had to redo timing cause I accidentally skipped a few links when I was stupidly using the cam to open the exhaust valves instead of turning the wheel while In gear to smoke test the valve seals. I'm gonna take the whole motor out and take off head to see what Pistons look like. Since I'm gonna put a built motor in anyway I may as well.

Took a short drive during lunch
Log attached.
It reads knock on all 4.

I loaded an older tune and plugged in the purge solenoid for the ride to work to see what it does.
The fuel trims are way off but last night we attempted to tune out the knock to no avail.
Made zero difference.
I have had wacky fuel trims but no knock at WOT but this, this is knock anytime is moving.

When a knock sensor is going bad or fails the PCM defaults to adding Kr. Your AFR vs CMD is not so hot at all. I would replace the knock sensors. You need LNF ones. They are like $15 a pop and buy OEM. You need to remove the vac box to get to them but once you do it's super easy. I left my vac box out. Make the sensors cables face each other once installed and torque to about 17ft/lbs. If you are getting a code for it; I would say they are intermittently failing. The shoots of it on each cylinder make it seems false, but you still could have something rattling in the valve cover if those sensors don't fix your issue.
Also, you should also be watching CMD hpfp vs actual hpfp. You could have your fuel pressures too low which would cause this.

Found this one just hanging around. The code above I got it pending, cleared it came right back as a confirmed code.
After I put everything back together and full flash of the ecu I get a max of 5.2 KR and only cylinder 2 & 3.
Is that the bank 2 Knock sensor? I would think it's 1, 2 and 3, 4

Found this photo here while researching.
Do I set the knock sensor pigtails facing each other and is it safe to assume the one near the transmission is bank 2?
I am not sure what to make out of how now it only reads knock on 2 & 3.

Bro, I do not mean to be a dick, but I literally have told you EXACTLY how to install the knock sensors in this thread twice.
Click the link to 2009 LNF in my thread. Most people here would agree I have had one of the most problem ridden LNF's ever and Kr was a big one for me.

Looking around to see who has the knock sensors in stock and will probably pick them up today.
Will post on here if the issue continues.

Now I am no expert on LNF's as I am LSJ, but if you have the Cat still check that. I was chasing knock for a long time, changed knock sensor, check rockers, timing, plugs, everything and what it was, was that my cat had failed and was blocking the pipe causing heat to build up in the header and the head (cracked my bad mab header to ****). I knocked out the cat and ta da no more knock. Just a thought, don't burn me at the stake if this doesn't apply to a lnf, just trying to help.

I am not in from of my laptop to check what HPtuners is reading but p0332 is the code that keeps coming up. Knock Sensor (KS) 2 Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2)
Could be a short somewhere since it is a circuit low voltage error.

Bank 2 should be the one closer to the trans.
The 4 cylinder would not have a bank 3 or 4 knock sensor
Bank 1 is for cylinder 1 and 2
Bank 2 is for 3 and 4
Now they work together as well based on the crank, cam, and rotation positions to detect individual cylinders. That is how you can have one be bad and still have Kr across the board. When one is going bad, or bad, it defaults Kr across all cylinders.

I figured it is 1 2 and 3 4
but my worry now is that I have knock on 2 and 3 after putting it back together yesterday.
We will see what happens when the new sensors are in there
