I want to get my traction control set as my other tune to open up my cut out and go to the race tune while remaining on stock tune when button not pressed. What would i need, if i need anything?

 

As far at the tune you might be looking for you might want to search trifecta select-a-tune. Gives you tuning options with either cruise or traction button. As far as cutouts are concerned can't you just install a toggle switch and open it whenever you want?

 

If you want to be able to push your TC button and have the computer enter a race tune and open the cutout at the same time, you would need the mentioned Trifecta Select Tune and to tap into the wiring of your TC button to trip a relay that would open electric cutouts.

That wiring is beyond what I'd be willing to mess with but it IS possible.
