rear brake/e-brake

I dont know if anyone else is having these issues, but they are getting very old to me. Whenever I use my ebrake and it gets around the freezing temperature make my ebrake sticks and my calipers seem to lock up and it causes the rear brake to grind for a few min until warm. Car was in service twice for the same issue and repaired.

However when it went in the second time my car was lowered on SSC springs and they blammed me for the problem the second time and voided my warranty saying I caused this problem.

Now here were are again, approaching winter and my rear brakes are having fits again. Looking for opinions on what to do. Replace the who rear brake system and lines. As well as the e-brake set-up or should I just sell the car, which is the point im getting too.

what iv learned with this car, if u have wet brakes, like as its been snowing, and u drive some and use ur brakes, and its below freezing, dont use ur ebrake, iv had mine freeze solid a few times where i was dragging my rear tires till they broke loose. if its wetish out there, and ur gonna leave ur car for an hour or so, dont use ur ebrake.
