Hey, did you have it rev to 7k with that 415whp tune?
if so, then i assume you have the 82# springs as well?

You said it only has 3-500 miles on it since the rebuild/upgrade right?

Only rev to 6500 with it. I have the #82 springs but never go passed the 6500 lol.

300-600 is the mileage

Why would you waste money buying all new intake and charge pipes? Just have your intake and hot side pipe modified. Should cost maybe $100 at most for the bungs and welding.

No, I am getting new because i dont really like the zzp set-up. Its all preference, plus i figured i would sell that stuff with my stock turbo/forge bpv as a package when i get a new turbo, so hopefully at the end, my outta pocket will be $200 or less.

not 100% sure actually, but i like the way they look and hook up with each other with the recirculation, not to mention that it is mostly pipe, rathe than huge couplers like mine.
That Werks direct route is not bad either, but most likely going with the HAHN. If i miss out on that BNR, then i will have to get a new revised one. The low end torque looks like its the same as stock, and the s20g makes more power, but spools later and has less of that torque and would need me to get new springs due to needing to spool later( 4 to 7k), and the BNR is (3 to 6.5k)

If you were get valve springs and raise the rev limiter, would you be able to take advantage of more power beyond 6500 or no?

I'm still interested to know how good it is on 93 and what the average power rating is?

unless the revised one holds boost better, then no. Apparently, people say the BNR falls on its face above 6500rpms, but has quick spooling. The s20g is slower spool, but has power all the way up to 7000rpms, maybe even 7500....

I see. Wonder what an outcome with a 20g vs bnr would be seeing a one has an advantage and an disadvantage of the other. They both are in the price range, that's why I wondered about just those 2.

My BNR graph. It's was to 6800 RPM. Seems like it held power pretty well. (I think the waves are from timing being pulled prob bc of heat)

Headed to KY in the morning for a few days to tune my new setup

i think a 1/4 mile race between two similar modded different turbo cars would be very close, but after that, the s20g would PROBABLY pull.
Roll races from 40-120 would be about the same PROBABLY....LOL

in town, the BNR would PROBABLY feel more powerful though because of quick spool.

Just sayin'.....Probably....lol
