Running hot

i have a 08 SS and it usually runs at 194 degrees, sometimes dips over 200 if im sitting. does anyone else's run this hot? Just checking if thats normal becuase it seems really hot.

yeah, Ive hit like 214 after some runs at the track or a long drive to Florida, lol.
