this is what came from zzp.

07SSYellow Feb 27, 2012 01:30 AM

maybe just the bigger AR?

ryansalazan Feb 27, 2012 01:34 AM

well the ar is the exhaust wheel. so the only difference is that my exhaust wheel would be bigger. other than that maybe its just the design?

And thanks joe! haha finally should have it running in about a week

07SSYellow Feb 27, 2012 01:35 AM

haha i can't wait to see it up and running bro! maybe ill be a baller like you one day haha

ryansalazan Feb 27, 2012 01:51 AM

07SSYellow Feb 27, 2012 01:58 AM

Fastgti69 Feb 27, 2012 02:18 AM

Your S256ext is how we order them. You can run the small cover or the big cover. The small cover fits behind the engine much nicer and help maintain compatibility with our other kits.

The OP's pic doesn't look like a s256ext but it's kind of hard to tell from the picture.

ryansalazan Feb 27, 2012 07:54 PM

yes its a s256et but its not from zzp so maybe thats why the design is a little different?

It looks similar to those Garrett twin-scroll type housing. Looks real serious.

mexi_loco Feb 27, 2012 10:31 PM

not as good as porn....but still enjoyable to watch :)

AR isn't the size of the wheel.. It's the ratio of the area of the inlet to the radius of the exducer to the outer wall of the housing. Basically the size of the turbine housing.

That being said, this build is going to be nasty. Good luck and have fun putting it all together :)

Do you plan on running stock boost control?

ryansalazan Feb 28, 2012 01:48 AM

ch1ck3n thanks man you know what i meant haha. im just trying to see what possible options if any can be done to strengthen the tranny... cant wait for it to be done though!!!

ryansalazan Mar 3, 2012 01:21 AM

on a update ok so there was a little delay for the pistons going in looks like we needed additional work done to the cylinder sleeves before putting pistons in so hopefully that should be cleared quick!
