Sprint booster ??

My friend and I where at a car meet last night and someone told us to put a sprint booster in our cars. My friend has a challenger srt8 and I have a cobalt turbo. Has any one tried this sprint booster? Or know what it is ? And is it worth getting ? Thanks

From their website it looks as though it provides some kind of electrical signal to reduce ETC delay.. But you can tune for it on an LNF with Throttle damping, therefore making that worthless.

EDIT: not ETC delay, just sends a signal for the car to go WOT at less throttle.

Worthless. Actually, worse than worthless. You couldn't pay me to use it.

Pushing the pedal further gives the same effect, if this was $9.99 it would be worth it if you're that lazy, otherwise the asking price is insane.

actually it does something. It opens the throttle plate more for pushing the pedal less. And in electrical tb's there is a tiny bit of lag. So its not going to give you any more power, but it may make it feel like its faster off the line.

Thanks for the comments and ya it seems like a waste of money to me. just wanted to see what you guys thought, thanks

If it was cheaper I would say its an ok deal. I had a throttle rotor on my vibe, which does the same thing for cable tb's. cheap sure. But I think the sprinter is like $250? or something ridiculous
