ive had 4 cobalts and all of em have set them within 250 miles but my lnf wont set the catalyst or evap, ive put 1200 miles on it and nothing. so i plugged my scanner in and turned it on this time and i finally got a code, its u0073 bus communication failure.. what do u guys suppose it would be?

also, i had replaced intermediate steering shaft and while doing that set off the service esc and get esc off message, right before i parked it for winter, would that keep the car from setting the evap and catalyst monitors?
