Where do these go??

Smart people of the SS Community - how do I figure out where to plug these in? I bought an 09 TC that doesn't have a stock setup. Lots of sweet upgrades, but not a 'follow the manual' setup. Can someone help me out so I can get this beauty running?

4 goes to boost reference. either right on the turbo, or if 1 is going to the manifold for boost reference, then 4 connects to 1. 3 goes to wastegate port, and 1 is left open
