*complete* flow thru style option b tank**pics inside**
well as some of you may know from the previous thread, i've been working w/vulcan on the flow thru style option b tank...here's the info
Keep your engine bay clean looking by adding in our all aluminum option B cooling tank. Add capacity to your supercharger cooling system. This design allows for more efficient cooling and use of the tank by expelling warm coolant on one side and drawing from the other. Small holes in the draw hose prevent system clogging when ice is used in the tank. Each tank is professionally TIG welded and inpected for quality.
Capacity: 0.69 Gallons
Inlet Hose: 3/4 Diameter
Outlet Hose: 3/4 Diameter

as you can see this cant will act as a flow thru tank:
flow path:
pump outlet > manifold inlet> manifold outlet > top tube on tank > bottom tube on tank > heat exchanger(s) > pump inlet
that is the path the water will flow, those of you with dual pass, the same method applies, just urs will have more plumbing than the normal single pass guys, but should still work aswell, also the tube on the inside are drilled to avoid ice from clogging the system up, the pump will force the water out thru the top, and will spill to the bottom, from the bottom gravity will feed the water down to the heat exchanger from the pump will suck it back in and send it to the manifold again...all in all should work nice, also the opening on the top is big enough to drop in ice, which can act as a cooling agent when the flows thu it, and before anyone ask...the ice floats so it will not clog the outlet on the tank(unless ur running low on coolant)
for more information on this product contact OTTP(fast98 or lsjwannabe)

im not familiar with the hatricksu mod, but this is a flow thru design, so u can flow collant thu thru the tank, not just fill it, also allows u to dump ice into it so as it flows thru the ice cools it down even more
may wanna ask OTTP...im getting mine directly from the manufacturer...maybe than can do a group buy to help everyone get a good deal on them
none yet... the on pictured is the first production one
thanks, me and bryan @vulcan worked hard to make this possible
im not to sure on release date, as vulcan has just sent OTTP a email on them earlier today, so u may wanna ask OTTP on when they will be available for purchase, as of now there is only one available and its the prototype 2....prototype 1 was made out of carboard and i threw it away( was only used for getting dimensions)
You cant see it in the picture but there is a flat mount on the backside which holds down to the two studs on your firewall for the intake box... the front will have a custom tab put on which is not yet shown in the pictures.
yea seems to be like the stu mod. replaces the filler neck and bring in cooland and puts out. not like the opt b that just has cooland tthere. umm interested would be nice if yall made brackets for it too so we dont have to ghetto mount it
edit nvm just saw vulcans post lol sorry
