All Sensors Changed Got "Reduced Engine Power"

Hello!

I have a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC 2.0L LSJ.
I have spent two entire weekends changing, control arms and CV axles along with every sensor in the car minus the O2 sensors.
As the car had 7 CEL Codes for the sensors and a few other things, I can't remember them as I've deleted the codes as I took them months ago when I got parts.
I have changed the, MAF, MAP, BARO, TMAP, along with the Purge Control Valve and didn't do the O2's because those CEL Codes went away for them.
After the change I got a P0102, P0443 and a P0069 codes back. The 69 code went away after turning the car off and on again.
The 102 and 443 codes stayed. Along with a very rough and harsh surging idle, it had it before the sensor changes but it would surge a small handful of times and then even out and stay at around 1000 RPM.
Even after changing the Purge Control Valve the 443 code stayed.
Back to the surging, it would not stop surging and having rough idle no matter how long it ran, I stepped on it a little to see if it would even out like it used to, this time it back fired about 6 shots in a row and then gave me a "Reduced Engine Power" on my dash, in which I immediately shut down the car and came inside to write this out.
I have no idea where to take this or what to do with the car now as I've completely ran out of ideas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
