i actually went to ace hardware and the nut size is 10mmx1.50. its feels so smooth now! i cant relly tell a diff between the stock head and this, since i had a leak that i t get rid of.

got mine and my zzp catless 3inch dp... the sound is crazy and i can feel a little more power(not tuned)but with the borla caback and borla silencer...my god its raspyyyyyy(i will try with the original silencer tonight)

took 4 hour to install the 2 part great fit and look...minor issue the bolt/nut off the dp flange was to loose...

yes ... i was alone and the upper left bolt was %$/""/!!! hard to remove

i never been outside of my car until today to really hear the sound of my exhaust set-up...and after a couple street pass i was impress and my friend to...(he drive a sir v-tec/k20)

so im satisfied

so you get ZERO noise with it? lol cuz mine is bolted up good and everything just around like 2750-3500rpms i get this weird chatter

most likely not sealed properly. i havent put mine on yet, it goes on tomorrow when i get some lift time.

Yep, zero noise.

It's just as quiet as my GMPP manifold was. Check for any sealing issues. Did you re-tighten all the bolts after a few heat cycles?

put my bad mab on today with my zzp dp, install wasnt too bad and the header sounds great!

Installed mines last night with a 3" zzp catted DP..sounds monstrous when you give it a little throttle..I love it..I feel a little gain..havent really got on it though...Had a few exhaust leak issues and that left bolt was a bit of a pita..OVERALL I LOVE IT!
