Belt Lengths and part numbers for the Lsj
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SSFAMILYWAGON
Buddy and me have been doing some belt searching. I'll post this list of what we found for those not wanting to look around. Going off of outside length since that's what we found GM seems to use. All are 6 rib double side belts with a 20mm width. Ac Delco #12585151-71.25in(1809.75mm) stock Ac Delco #12597993-69.56in(1767mm) stage 2. Those are best answers to length we found Dayco #6060792- 70.19in(1782.82mm). Stock replacement Gates DK060472- 48.5in(1233mm) Gates DK060519- 53in(1348mm) Gates DK060650- 66.125in(1680mm) Gates DK060674- 68.5in(1741mm) closet to stg 2 Gates DK060702- 71.25in(1811mm) stock replacement Gates DK060718- 73in(1853mm) Gates DK060725- 73.75(1872mm) Gates DK060729- 74.25(1885mm) Gates DK060791- 80.375(2043mm) Gates DK060867- 87.875(2232mm) Gates DK060956- 95.75(2432mm) Gates DK060973- 98.625(2504mm) |
So that gates 060674 (in their number system, it's a 67.4" belt) would be an option for us 2.8"-2.7" pulley guys that would be better than the stage 2 belt.

My buddy is currently using that Gates 060674 on his 2.5 with both phenolic spacers on and stock tensioner pulley. Fits great.
I used the outside diameter measurements as that's what GM used when we were looking up length numbers. Joe your correct that belts inside diameter is 67.4, outside is 68.5 |
the belt lengths are correct according to the gates website a 060674 is a 68in belt and the auto parts store is saying the same thing
|
Gates 100709 - 71.5" (1817mm) is a 10 rib belt that could be made into one 6 rib or 2 5 rib belts.

I have the adjustable tensioner and it works great.
