I have a stock 06 cobalt ss/sc but I boost 13-14 psi, is that normal? Or do you think the old owner did somthing to it?

Is the supercharger pulley bolted on ? If it's stock there wont be any bolt's ... they are pressed on from the factory. It could be the gauge is off a little or the cat is starting to get plugged up some . What is the rev limiter set at? 6500 is stock 7000 is staged.

This.

Stage 1 is just injectors and a tune. Changing your pulley size changes boost.

I'd say it's normal. And don't trust the stock gauge. It's not exactly the most accurate.
