Can somebody get me a picture please
Today, I rebuilt my M62, and installed a zzp modular 5 bolts hub on it, can somebody take a picture of their supercharger with the hub/pulley on it, I need a close up picture of it especially the middle part " preferably without the plug " so I can make sure I pushed it in enough...Thanks a lot

what i'm going to call the "rib" of the hub, should be offset. dividing it in to a longer side and shorter side. iirc, the shorter side faces away from the supercharger and the shaft sits flush with the hub. not sticking out and not sunk in. but then again i haven't seen an m62 lsj since august of '10 haha.

so, i don't remember how "short" exactly that short side is hahah. but i know that rib is not in the center of the hub and there IS a shorter and longer side. but the picture i dug up, makes me second guess which side is out

man, almost scared me for a second, I have a zzp hub, the hub slides in differently " I hope lol " where the bigger rounded side goes on the outside and that what the pulley bolts to, which is probably why their pullies are longer, The pulley doesnt slide over the smaller side of the hub like urs does, i think urs isnt made by zzp right ?

yeah it was ottp. but like i said it's been so long since i've messed with an m62 haha

I rebuilt mine a few months ago w the zzp hub and pushed it on so it was flush with the end of the spindle, but that was way too far. Hard to tell until its on the car with the belt, but you'll notice the belt will look crooked. I had to take the sc off and pull the hub back out about 2-3 mm. |
