cheapest place to get pacesetter header?

where's the cheapest place to get the pacesetter header? ttr has one for about $205 shipped and i was just double checking to see if any vendors had them cheaper.

You do know the pacesetter requires modification to the Down pipe, Correct?

either one, would rather get a painted since it's cheaper though
