compression/head gasket/piston rings

so i over heated my 06 balt to 244 degrees and it shut off and wouldnt start back up i took it to the dealership and they did a compression leak down test. they said it was 0,0,0,80 then when i called back they said it was 0,0,0,120. so i took it to a different place they did it also but i didnt get the results they said i need to change my head gasket. so i decided to tear apart my car and found oil/coolant in my c.a.i coupler. well i got down all the way to the headgasket and it looked bad but my friend told me with the compression readings i got that my piston rings could have gone bad. i need some input on the piston rings being bad what are ppls ideas anything helps. also i took the head to a machine shop waiting to hear back on if it needs to be milled or not.
