The weather broke today in Cleveland and I took the Cobalt onto the freeway for the first time since getting the exhaust. First, the car definitely feels more powerful with the exhaust installed, of course some of that performance is precieved from the sweet sound that eminates from the rear of the car when you open the throttle!! Second, Corsa's claim of quiet when cruising is rock solid. Cruising steady at 60-80mph in 5th gear the car is just as quiet as it was stock. But, put your right foot back into it and you are immediately reminded of where your money went!!

If you can indeed get this system for $530...it's a steal. Get them while the getting is good. Corsa is not a high volume manufacturer so if initial demand is high expect to wait.

I'll try to get a couple more up tomorrow morning. This morning it was about 65 degrees outside and the pavement was dry...no time to be fiddling with the camera. Went down the local back roads with the windows down blasting through the gears hearing the system in it's full glory. I could not be happier with the results. The car pulls harder and the sound is just sensational.

I don't know for sure but I doubt it. I assume the touring system will just use a different resonator so power increases should not be degraded.

Be a pioneer and find out for us

That is absolutley sick looking . Also, anyway we could get a video or some kinda better sound clip the first one sounded kinda wierd. Gonna get an exhaust next month and just wanted to make sure I dont make a bad $700 decision when it comes to picking the magnaflow or corsa.

My GTO buddy at work brought me his head rest camcorder mount today. Tomorrow morning I'll capture some live cruising footage and if I can find an appropriate place I'll get a launch clip from outside of and behind the car. I'll even try to get the clips compressed and posted before I go to work.

um question on the corsa from gmparts direct, how come it says like muffler and not corsa, but it says the corsa is comming?

OK, here is about 10 minutes of in car footage. The video quality sucks but the audio is nice. I will probably recompress later for better quality, but I wanted a quick encode because I have to leave for work!!

I just checked out the http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ and gave them a call the Exhaust they have listed are the Borla Exhaust and that Corsa Does not make Exhausts for them *shrug*. I will have to give Corsa a ring I guess when the wife lets me spend some money and buy direct from them. myoshizawa819 nice video's I like the sound cant wait to get that on my car. Question though The areas you drove past in the video looked Familar is that lorain by chance ?

If you do a search on gmpartsdirect for cobalt you will see that the corsa exhaust is listed but not out yet through them. The part number is corsacobalt. But that is cool that the two exhausts out now are borla....now we just need pics and sounds of them.

Only for a couple of parts of it, it was cold this morning. On the launch at the stop sign and for the short segment at the end under the RR tracks. You should be able to hear the windows being operated.

Tonight I'm going to re-encode the movie with a more widely accepted video codec.

When I have more time I will do this. With the camera outside of and behind the car on my tripod.
