Crazy Mexicans!!!!! (Piktar Story!!)

Now that I have your attention....I'd just like to show off a little bit of things that have been happening to my ride over the past year:

It started with this:

Then I got this:

and

and

and

So I decided to do this:

And I got left with this:

Not pictured: 80lbs/hr injectors from zzp, OTTP gen 1 RSFS, Vibrant 3" Exhaust, Hahn 3" catless dp, custom O2 sensor housing (a la terry11), Innovate LC-1 Wideband w/red screen guage, Custom 2 guage pod A-pillar, zzp Oil lines, Tial 38mm wastegate, Hahn Ceramic and Chromed Turbo manifold, 2.2l parts.

I really wasn't going to post a build thread because it's not a *****-to-the wall turbo build. Not yet at least since it's still my daily. But my goal is only 400hp (wheel or crank...it's all good to me). Once I get my life settled, then I'll do it better:

-Ported Head
-Diamond Forged Pistons
-Darton Sleeves (stock bore)
-Bigger/Updated turbo????
-ARP Headstuds and Cometic Head gasket.

But for now, I'm happy with it. And this saturday, these fine individuals will help me install most of it:

And then it's off to the shop for charge pipe fitment. I'd also like to take this time to thank a few outstanding individuals for going above and beyond for this build:

-Laser_racer -- my tuner and turbo guru

-terry11 -- my parts/drug dealer (hands down single best seller on this site!!)

-FIST Racing in Houston for also providing their .02 when needed

-My team for motivating me, and being patient with me as well.

it's actually a genuine saab intercooler. I'm just gonna adapt it for my set up since the inlet is going to have to get cut. It's rated at 450hp. Just so you know, the ko4 on the lnf is slightly smaller than my 20g and makes efficient power on this intercooler.

hey btw, I opened up the wastegate to change out the spring. Then I realized you already had the bigger spring in there. But when I opened it up, I also noticed that the rubber gasket was pinched. Do you think that's gonna cause a leak???

I was thinking the same thing as well, lol. Hope you're not getting your wisdom teeth pulled, and then thinking of driving all the way to my house....
