Detailed LSJ Build up!
Are you talking about the gmr's? Because I've never heard that or read anything about it. The only 2 people on the forums I know that have them are Eco-Mod on RLF and Area47, and besides area selling his I haven't heard any problems with them. Besides valve tick noise of course.
I'm not saying it's not true, just tell me how you know that.

oh me to... i have seen a hole in a stock SS with 2,000 miles on it... a lot of it is how the person drive though...

those are all the wonderful parts that are going to contribute to the destruction of said tranny
Unless you intend to stick with purely street tires? that might save you
So you mean the intake cam and exhaust cam are not equal in length? Because I'm looking at them right now side by side and they are perfectly identical in length. Plus I've read the Ch 6 of the build book (which are the same cams), and it goes into detail about the cam sensor and how to install everything just fine.
the cams used in the build book are no longer built, if they ever even were... look no part number only specs... so i called comp with the specs. they said they have no such part but they can make them... then he said the only cams that he can make are UNEQUAL length cams.... the exhaust is shorter... with cam positioning sensor... so i dotn know what they used in the build book but it is the only thing they do not share the part number.... they have part numbers for other stuff, GM and aftermarket parts...
what do you suggest i do.......

Ok... makes sense now, sorry you were confusing the hell out of me.
The cams I have and was mentioning to you ARE the ones from the build book that GM Racing made.
Click on this
This is the part # GMW324/325

Did you not clink on the link I just gave you...... it's the same cam as the build book
Word for word
"PERFORMANCE CAMSHAFT SET, 2.0L ECOtec SUPERCHARGED (LSJ). Intake and Exhaust (as shown in Ch. 6 of the LSJ Power Book)."

And I think you were talking about the GM Performacne Parts cams that will fit the lsj but were designed for the 2.2. That comp can make for anyone, so since they are essentially for the 2.2 not the 2.0 the cam sensor won't work if you put them in the lsj.
btw sorry for cluttering your thread with this confusion that didn't need to happen.
