Do these numbers sound right???

So I took my 07 ss/sc to a local performance shop and had stg 2 meth kit installed and tuned. Long story short they over charged me, meth kit was leaking when the gave it back to me and scratched the shit out of my car. Needless to say I am quite pissed off. So I don't trust them one bit. They dyno tuned it and these are the final numbers, 252/244. Now here is my mod list....

K&N cai
ZZP long tube header
ZZP catless dp
ZZP cat back
2.8" pulley (m62 blower)
60# injectors
1 step cooler plugs
ZZP front mount
Dual pass endplate
Option B
Snow Performance stg 2 meth
Clutch masters stg 4 six puck

I would like to know if those numbers sound correct or not? I've heard of cars with the same mods I have pushing 260-270 whp. Which is why I am questioning this. I understand every car is different and my car will only make what its capable of but I don't trust them and want as many opinions as possible. Tell me what you think!

my advice, stop caring about how high the numbers are. every dyno is different.

as long as your car is as fast as you want it, numbers don't matter.

race someone who claims higher hp on the same setup and find out if the dyno reads low.

dynos are good for getting a baseline and tuning. if you dyno'd stock and then dyno'd after mods it would show your gains more accurately.

Sound low to me lol

It could be a low reading dyno or it could be a that they gave him a shitty tune to go along with the shitty work they did installing his meth kit. Best thing people can do is stop going to performance shops that dont deal with ecotecs alot.

Op get a tuner on here to check ur ride out and see if its acting right.

Go to the track and find out

Sounds like perfectly fine numbers to me, especially if the tune is not very aggressive.

This, I would never take my car to get tuned unless it was an ecotec specialist such as zzp or private party obviously:lock:

I put down 269/241 in the middle of summer. I don't have a aggressive tune. a/f 11.5 at WOT

My car loved timing tho

for the mods its sounds low, but again its a dyno...
