KillerBee Apr 11, 2007 11:15 AM

So i should get it then to start huh

chipsgt Apr 11, 2007 11:20 AM

From what I understand, if you go from nothing to the Ingalls, the differance is vast.
I hope so, because mine should be here tomorrow!

A lot of member have said though it should be your first mod.

CPerez1217 Apr 11, 2007 11:55 AM

has anyone installed this on an automatic transmission?

RaineMan Apr 11, 2007 12:07 PM

The ingalls definately makes a difference. Wheelhop is cut down drasticly... it's worth it IMHO.

Johnboy12358 Apr 11, 2007 12:14 PM

Yeah, I think its worth it as well.

KillerBee Apr 11, 2007 12:16 PM

Well i just got done ordering the dampner and tranny bushing kit that Gravanna had on sale it was like 190 total with shipping so apparently i got a great deal

bc3tech Apr 11, 2007 12:41 PM

Actually i did spell it like that i was in a hurry earlier lol cause i got the spelling from the thread that is selling them lol

Have a question for those who have the Ingalls dampner has it bent your motor mount or no cause the guys at Turbo Tech say they do??????

Johnboy12358 Apr 12, 2007 02:38 AM

Hasnt bent mine, you just have to make sure that everything is parallel and perpendicular, no angles

saunders1986 Apr 12, 2007 02:46 AM

why not just buy a motor mount, if its vibes ur worried about, go TTR after about 500km vibes are GONE..... along with any trace of wheel hop

SSKevinSC Apr 12, 2007 07:13 AM

Mine works great. I also installed a DC Sports strut tower brace and that also helped with the wheelhop :twothumbs

cgss Apr 12, 2007 09:04 AM

the ingalls is great that and some tranny mounts and the car totally forgets what wheelhop is!

RedlineBrian Apr 12, 2007 11:21 AM

I just put an Ingalls on finally. One of the best things i ever did. Front end feels a lot tighter. Wheel hop is cured too. I do get some vibes though, but nothing you can't deal with.

chipsgt Apr 12, 2007 11:43 AM

Hey guys, I posted this question in the "How to" as well, but figured I would slightly hijack this thread too bacuase I want to install this today and havent found a satisfactory answer.

RE: Making sure everything is Parallel

What do you guys mean when you say get it parallel? Should the holes be parallel to each other? Or should the brace be parallel with the engine mount? Or maybe the brace parallel with the holes?
Or all of the above?

I dont want to mess it or my car up.

TD are garbage i snapped mine when all i had was stage 1 and there went $100 bucks down the drain and yes it was lined up right it would be nice if they came with a warranty but they don't,so if you do any kind of aggresive driving say good bye to your $140 dollar investment.SOLID MOUNTS FTW!!!!
