Dropped my car off last night at a local gm tuner by me. Capolla Motorsports. Picking up on Friday. Will post number and results when I get it.
2007 cobalt lsj 96k miles.
Parts I used.
To start off I replaced all the main bearings and rod bearing with new oem.
The valve train was replaced about 30k ago with all new oem parts.
My turbo is a .57 trim, .63 a/r turbine
2.5" custom intercooler pipping
Zzp t3/t4 turbo manifold
35/38mm external waste gate/custom dump tube
80lbs injectors
Ngk 4644 spark plugs
Zzp gm alternator swap kit
Zzp 50mm BOV
Turbo xs dual stage boost controller
Custom 2.5" turbo back exhaust, no cat
Stock intake manifold with zzp throttle body adaptor plate.
27x7x2.5 intercooler
Glowshift 30/30 boost guage
Custom oil feed and return lines
Custom 3" maf housing
Custom 3" intake pipe
