I haven't heard of anyone offering that service yet. It's my understanding that the Ecotec ecu isn't programable by anyone except the dealers.

Apparently that i know of the dealer is the only one capable of reflashing the ECU cause im getting my car back tomorrow i got my gas gauge reprogrammed and my air bag light came one and wouldnt shut off...they told me when ever i wound down my window i cut the airbag wire and it trigged the light to come on..but everything is fixed now

Would the dealer do it for me though. would their even be a charge for it? im new to dealer mods.

They did it for me for free but that was because it was under warranty...I dont know if there is a charge and how much it would be..Im assuming they would have to considering dealers are the only ones capable of reprogramming the ECU

was their somthing wrong with your car or did you get the smaller pulley and they did it for you?

No the gas gauge needed recalibrated cause it was off

The dealer can surely flash your car, however they will only have the images that GM provides to them, unless they have a special performance image that fits your mods more than likely they can't help you. In the future there are talks of GM staged upgrade, however I haven't heard of anything yet.

I'm thinking that the dealer will not give you the cal to help you void your warranty even more...

Besides, the dealer will not have it and I guarantee the dealer will not have a way of recalibrating the PCM.
